The moment we walked we're greeted with a welcome and a smile front desk staff Jess was magnificent I had an issue with my room and Jess who was at the front desk with no hesitation she changed my room very polite very courteous made us as a family felt welcome and that could be the best feeling ever when you enter in a hotel is the hospitality was wonderful I wouldn't have it no other way but to come back again the staff from every Department made us feel welcome from the front desk to housekeeping to the kitchen staff they get three stars from me all across the board it was my son's birthday on Monday they went on out their way to greet him to say happy birthday to him they don't feel special even gave him cookies and that made his day because we miss breakfast the young lady went on her way to make sure we had something to eat then I want to personally say she was awesome on that behalf Adrian was the one who made the cookies for my son because I wanted a special request for pancakes for his birthday breakfast but unfortunately we had the time mixed up❤️❤️

Hotel is in a great location with tons of stores close by yet it is tucked away so we didn't hear any outside noise while sleeping. The staff were all very courteous and helpful, they provided us with some things our family needed during our stay quickly, and were always professional and polite. They truly made us feel welcomed and valued. The room was clean and in great conditiom, and we didn't have to walk far from where we parked. Breakfast was OK, it suited our needs, it was typical of hotel breakfasts.

I made it there late and was not able to get the room that I had booked. But the receptionist made it up by upgrading my room and I must say it was one of the nicest most comfortable rooms I've stayed in a while. I had my own fridge ,microwave, stove, dishwasher and living room. I loved that I was able to use the pool and they had fresh warm towels for us to use. And the food was great. Breakfast was awesome. With a various selection of food to choose from. Definitely be staying again

It was clean and after an annoying runaround with the umbrella company staff, the hotel staff were very helpful when we needed to change our check-in date back one day. Jessica was very friendly and welcoming.
